maps.loiter.ai is a drone & aviation planning reference. We keep data collection minimal — here is exactly what we collect and why.

Email addresses

If you join the early-access list for the loiter mobile app (iOS / Android), we store your email address solely to notify you when the app is available and about closely related updates. We do not sell, rent, or share it. Ask us to remove you any time at [email protected].

Usage analytics

We use Google Analytics and Amplitude to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate region). These set cookies and process data under their own privacy policies. We use it only in aggregate to improve the site, not to identify you personally.

Map & weather data

The boundaries, imagery, elevation, and weather shown here come from public sources — the FAA FRIA registry, USGS 3DEP lidar, USDA NAIP, and NOAA / Open-Meteo for winds and METARs. Browsing this public data does not send us your location, and we do not track where you are.

No accounts

There are no user accounts or logins. The only personal data we hold is an email address you choose to give us.
